You may not jibe with all of them, and that’s exactly why i chose them: they’re divisive and their opposites were also valid choices.
That’s why you won’t find values such as loyalty or excellence : their opposites —fickleness and mediocrity— never were valid choices 🙃
“Move fast and break things” is not for me. I prefer being slow at first to be fast at last. I order, i tidy up, i prepare, i organise. Everything’s clean and neat — in its place. And in the end, the minutes invested upstream save hours downstream.
I’m not an expert. On the contrary, i strive to become the T-shaped man. My generalist engineering curriculum at CentraleSupelec helped a lot in that respect. And even though it’s an endless quest, i’d still say that today, growth is the vertical bar in my “T”.
I don’t want to work, help or be read with everyone. I strive to become better, to be surrounded by the best and work for the best.
